Happy New Year! I am really excited about our spinach. We have a truckload full of hakurei turnips – the best salad turnip you can imagine and a bonus because the greens are great too! We also have radishes and cabbage. I’m going to wait another week on collards, but holiday hams are still in stock and they are the most delicious. We have fresh pork – yay mild breakfast sausage is back! We have goat, lamb, duck, and stew chickens. As well as some chicken eggs. Duck eggs are sold out.
We are doing well in the cold but a little nervous about next week – cross your fingers for the safe delivery of baby pigs.
