We (plus Ajax, a kitten, and two pet rats) traveled to Canada on Sunday making the last ferry by the skin of our teeth. There are two awesome men this year holding down the fort and attending markets so please come out and support them.
They are also the nursemaids at the farm. Isabelle farrowed with ten big, fat pigs last night.

• Smoked tenderized hams – great for sandwiches!
• Lard and fat back
• No bacon until August😦
We also have a few duck (great for roasting) and chicken (wonderful flavor for any kind of prep other than dry roasting).
