Pork: We’ve still got bacon and all the smoked products. We’ll have delicious racks, roasts and ducks for your Thanksgiving table. Order through email (you can respond to this newsletter) or come by market.
Other Meat: We’ve got ground goat and whole duck.

Veggies: We’ve got baby lettuce, beets, salad turnips, and carrots fresh from our high tunnel.
Market is from 9am-noon now. The Wednesdays market is now over for the season. Tuesday before Thanksgiving is a special Carrboro Market from 3-6pm.
We’ll get to plant garlic at the new land and we’re ramping up to build a barn.
Last weekend we found a trail across the street which runs straight down to the lake. We’re so excited to spend more time on the water.
Our chickens get their Thanksgiving garlic and hot pepper slurry which they love. It’ll to jump start them for winter warmth and laying more eggs for market.
