At the Carrboro Farmers’ Market
We’ve got beautiful fresh loin roasts for your holiday needs. Breakfast sausage is back! We’ve got bacon, smoked sausages, and some very nice roast cuts. Sorry folks, no chops. We’ve got many delicious, heritage-breed ducks for sale. Hopefully we’ll have the Left Bank Butchery trailer in a couple weeks – selling customized Cane Creek Farm cuts at the Carrboro Market. In the meantime, come see us in Saxapahaw at the new shop.
We have a short supply of eggs but since there is no more mid week market there are a few extra dozens to sell.
In the veggie department we’ll have beets, carrots, and lettuce.
Market is from 9am-noon now.
Thanks to Molly and Willy we almost have the new pig pen ready at the land. The fence will be finished today and we’ll move animals after Saturday’s rain. We’ve already moved water bins and huts that are winter-ready.
One weekend project is to put up a great big tire swing. Not for the pigs, but for us.
