One more week until we have the butcher trailer at the Carrboro Market for all your custom cut pork orders and fabulous sausages. So excited to bring you these new products that we couldn’t make before at a USDA facility. We’ll see you with our shiny new trailer on February 7th.

We’ve prepared the farrowing pin for twelve mammas and their new babies. We should be sending baby pictures next week.
Tomorrow we’ll have eggs, hakuri turnips and maybe some lettuce at market. We have almost exclusively ossabaw products – ribs, chops, loin roasts, picnics, Andouille, prosciutto, chorizo and bratwurst. We also have goat, lamb and duck. Italian, bacon and breakfast sausage is at Left Bank Butchery in Saxapahaw. Come see us!
