Last Saturday we had our own Oktoberfest with a German themed meal prepared with Cane Creek pork by Left Bank Butchery in honor of our friends Sarah and Derek. It was a blast!
Much of this week has been devoted to dealing with the rain and making sure all the animals have a warm, dry place to be. We moved some of our sheep, goats and donkeys into the meadow. Doesn’t that green grass look delicious?!
What’s actually delicious are the roasts! It’s cold outside and nothing says hurricane like a roast. So please come see us at market – we are there rain or shine!
