Tomorrow at market we’ll have lamb, four different fresh sausages, as well as roasts that you can pre-order (for tomorrow or Tuesdaymarket). We’ll have lots of other fun and delicious foods for your Thanksgiving table.
TUESDAY MARKET! In honor of Thanksgiving, we have the Carrboro market on Tuesday, 3-6pm instead of Wednesday. This is also the final mid-week market of the season.
In other news, we are hoping to move into our house and out of the barn in one week. Fingers crossed as the finishing touches go on and the inspectors come out.
And finally, a funny thing happened. Ossabaw Island hogs were featured or mentioned or something on the Anthony Bourdain cooking show last week and we received an unprecedented number of prosciutto orders online. Who knew!? We are excited to spread the good prosciutto across the country, but a little overwhelmed by the number of orders!
