Cotechino Verde – Traditional Italian holiday sausage that is taken to the next level with the addition of pork skins. This large sausage should be shared and is often eaten with lentils or polenta.
Swedish Meatballs with Beef Gravy – Already cooked. Simply heat and serve.
Porchetta- Boneless pork roast. The pork belly is wrapped around the loin, so that the belly fat bastes the loin as it cooks. The entire roast is prepared and served skin-on. Each slice has tender pork loin, indulgent pork belly, and crispy skin with fresh herbs, lemon, and garlic studded throughout. (This special roast is limited in availability and often requires more advance notice.)
Beef Shank Roast- Boneless leg roast stuffed with delectable beef marrow and rosemary. A fancy twist on a traditional pot roast.
Bacon and Garlic-studded Leg of Lamb – Bone-in. Delicate and bursting with flavor all at the same time. Simply roast and carve.
Chorizo Dip – Ready to heat. The right way to start a holiday party.
