Her time and knowledge is valuable to beginner farmers. While she is committed to furthering the local food movement, in order for her to remain financially viable, charging for consultations is necessary.
Consultations may include:
- Farm visits – Eliza can visit area farms and make recommendations.
- Visits to Cane Creek Farm to see her system in action
- In-depth email exchanges or phone call consultations
